Yum ! is a key word in describing this event of character and honors when thinking of "Master Chefs of flames and coals" when the "best of the best" will be known by the judges at the end of competing for the top spots. Savory smells will linger long into the day as the pits and grills of these uncanny chefs armed with there "secret" recipes,sauces and closely guarded secrets of the art tantalize you with there given talent.

Armed to the teeth with poles and bait ( his own home made recipe(s) ) my son marched to the waters of Corby Pond here in St. Joseph Mo. Jess baited up and sat down to wait. Ever sit at home and play "spin the romote", a real blast isn't it? hmmm what else is there to do in St. Joseph on a Friday nite? Movie or what? Blah thats about as boring as playing "spin the remote" !
